Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem
White Plains, NY | Westchester County
$21 per Hour | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Openings

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem opportunities in White Plains and throughout Westchester County. We offer flexible scheduling, immediate case placement, and a supportive team environment focused on both caregiver and client success.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Offer medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications:
• Active New York State HHA Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred

Required Health Documents:
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the last 10 years
