Job Title: Home Health Aide

Location: Irving, TX — Field-based

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Positions Available: 5

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes across the Texas market. Candidates will assist patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to supervising clinician
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for patients

Requirements

• Current Home Health Aide or CNA certification required
• Minimum 6 months of home health or personal care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
