Job Title: Home Health Aide

Location: Sterling Heights, MI — Field-based

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Positions Available: 4

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties in Michigan. Candidates will assist patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Support safe patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to supervising RN
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for patients

Requirements

• Current Michigan Home Health Aide or CNA certification required
• Home health experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain
• Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery
