Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem | $21/hr | Flexible Schedules
Location: Port Chester, NY + surrounding Westchester areas (Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison, Mamaroneck)
Pay: $21.00/hour | Weekly Direct Deposit
Shifts: Day shifts (6–12 hours) | Per diem flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and routines
• Give medication reminders (as directed)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety

What We’re Looking For

• Active New York State HHA certification
• At least 1 year of hands-on HHA experience
• Work authorization in the U.S.
• Driver’s license strongly preferred (more case options available)

Health Requirements (NYS Compliance)

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
