About the Role:Join ComForCare Home Care as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Adrian, MI. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with family members and healthcare providers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
