Help care for the people who helped power our nation. At Nuclear Care Partners, we serve former atomic workers with compassionate care that supports their dignity and independence at home.

As our Home Health Administrator, you’ll lead a branch where your decisions directly affect patients, families, and caregivers. Build a team that feels supported, strengthen community relationships, and create a culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and accountability.

Your impact

You’ll oversee branch operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality improvement, connecting everyday decisions to exceptional patient care.

  • Lead and develop your team: Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for clinical leaders and home care staff.
  • Keep patients at the center: Partner with your team to meet patient and staffing needs, coordinate services, and address concerns with care and urgency.
  • Drive strong branch operations: Manage daily agency operations, support the budget, and partner with corporate teams to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Strengthen quality and compliance: Maintain licensing and regulatory requirements, implement quality improvement plans, and oversee complaint investigations with corporate support.
  • Build community connections: Develop referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners, and participate in outreach that helps more eligible patients access care.
  • Create alignment and accountability: Keep leadership informed of branch performance, support interdisciplinary care coordination, and help staff put agency policies into practice.

What you’ll bring

  • Two years of healthcare experience and one year of supervisory experience in home care or a related field.
  • Education and experience in health services administration, or an equivalent combination that prepares you to lead agency operations.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or another licensed healthcare professional preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Ability to meet applicable state licensing qualifications for a Home Health Administrator.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and professional licensure in good standing, if applicable.
  • Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to develop people, manage priorities, and build trusted relationships.

Help lead care that matters.

Your leadership can help a caregiver thrive, a family feel confident, and a patient receive the care they deserve at home.
