Home Equity Processor – South Burlington, VT:

Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Home Equity Processor out of our South Burlington Location.

Hourly Range: $20.39 - $30.58

The Home Equity Processor does a variety of lending support functions including:

• Process supporting documents, coordinate loan closings and documentation, close loans and finalize loan disbursements.
• Contact members as necessary to obtain necessary documents and information in order to process, close and finalize loans.
• Verifies accuracy of information on loan documents.
• Files loan documentation with the appropriate agencies.
• Identify and provide leads for Loan Officers to follow-up with.
• Occasionally originate member loan applications and prepares them for review by a Loan Officer.
• Delivering outstanding service that is in alignment with the Credit Union’s Core Values.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
