Supervise home equity processing staff. Monitor equity pipeline to ensure that loans are being processed and decisioned in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve complex home equity and member service issues. Provide training to staff on an ongoing basis.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Onsite expectation 40%.

In this position, you will

• Manage, develop, and direct home equity employees.
• Monitor equity pipelines daily to ensure loans are being processed and decisioned efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements, PSECU Policy, Product Guidelines and Underwriting Standards.
• Decision home equity applications within approved lending authority and in accordance with procedures and guidelines, staying current on applicable laws and compliance requirements
• Participate in product enhancements and new product development.
• Handle member inquiries and escalations
• Review workflows for process improvements and product enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
