Salary: £35,000 OTE £38,500

Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40 Hours per Week

The Role

We are looking for an organised and motivated Home Delivery Supervisor to join our Maidenhead Distribution Centre. You will support the day-to-day operation of our delivery fleet and warehouse, ensuring compliance, safety and exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help your team deliver an outstanding experience to our customers every day.

What you will be doing as a Home Delivery Supervisor

• Support the compliance of the Home Delivery fleet, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, driver and transport records.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced, maintained and legally compliant.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution centre standards, ensuring a clean, safe and organised environment.
• Help ensure all delivery colleagues consistently deliver a Premier Delivery Service.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with delivery and warehouse teams.
• Support health and safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Assist in achieving operational targets and service objectives.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, warehouse or delivery operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good understanding of fleet compliance, health & safety and operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable, proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for customer service and delivering high standards.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends on a rolling rota.
