RH is seeking a Scheduling Associate to represent the RH brand as a primary point of contact, facilitating an elevated home delivery experience. This role delivers first-class service through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and timely resolution of customer needs. You will be part of a team committed to earning the love of our customers by creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable delivery experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the scheduling process
• Manage inbound and outbound communication to coordinate home delivery appointments in a high-volume environment
• Provide timely, thoughtful solutions to complex customer scenarios
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of deliveries
• Maintain accuracy across systems, ensuring all scheduling details are complete and up to date

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or scheduling environments preferred
• Demonstrated professionalism and composure when supporting discerning customers
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills across phone and email
• Demonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic situations
• Flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and overtime

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
• Operate a computer and other office equipment, including keyboard, mouse, and headset, for prolonged periods
• Communicate clearly via phone and video, including listening and speaking for extended durations
• Move about the workspace as needed to access equipment and collaborate with team members
