Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you excel in fast-paced environments? If so, Red Deer Home Centre presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for temporary Home Centre Cashier to join our dynamic team.

Position: Home Centre Cashier

Term: This is a temporary contract from May to September 2026, approximately

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and respond to customer questions

• Ensure accurate processing of sale transactions

• Bag and assist with carrying out purchases

• Assist in setting up and maintaining merchandise displays

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;some heavy lifting is required

• Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permitto employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
