Visiting Angels – Caregiver

Visiting Angels is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-medical home care for seniors in their homes. We are currently hiring for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, live-in, and come-and-go shifts

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companion care and support with daily routines
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, and other physical activities as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with grocery shopping and personal errands
• Provide transportation to and from appointments when required for applicable assignments
• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, independent, and at home

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of senior care or caregiving experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal or leased vehicle and current auto insurance, as required for applicable assignments
• Ability to pass required state and nationwide background checks
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy with a genuine interest in helping seniors
