About your new role
Wellways are excited to offer the position of Home Care Worker, this role will suit someone who enjoys interacting and supporting our participant with their daily activities. You have the flexibility to work a variety of shift times available including evening, active and sleepover nights!
In this role you will work on the front line of our Consumer Directed Services, delivering a wide range of services to support participants activities of daily living. This role requires you will work closely with the person to ensure their individual needs are met.
Home Care Workers are the front line of our programs, providing consumers with the personalised support to assist our participants to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. No day will be the same and may include providing supports such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management. An essential element of your role is that you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of care provided to participants.

Wellways Australia is a leading national mental health and disability support organisation with services in Queensland, ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.
We work with a diverse range of people, their families and carers to identify needs and goals to build good lives in the community This includes creating a home, getting a job and building meaningful relationships.
We also deliver services to people with multiple, complex needs and often do this in partnership with clinical services, health support agencies and government.

We are a registered NDIS service provider. Our knowledgeable staff have the right community connections.
