Role Purpose

We are recruiting motivated and compassionate individuals from Ghana to work as Home Care Workers in Austria and Germany The role involves providing daily living support, personal care, companionship, and basic health assistance to elderly and vulnerable clients in their homes.

Successful applicants will undergo specialised training in Ghana to meet Austrian and Germany care standards before departure. This training will equip candidates with the necessary skills, knowledge, and certification required for employment in Austria and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, toileting).
• Provide domestic support
  such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Offer companionship and social support to reduce isolation.
• Monitor clients health and report changes to supervisors or families.
• Support clients with attending appointments or social activities.
• Comply with Austrian and Germany hygiene, safety, and care standards
• Keep accurate records of services delivered.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/Training:
• Secondary school education or higher.
• Applicants must complete a mandatory pre-departure Home Care Training Program in Ghana, organized in collaboration with Austrian and Germany standards.
• Language: Commitment to learn German language (minimum B1 level) as part of the training program.
• Skills:
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be willing to undergo criminal record and medical fitness checks
• Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.

Training Program (Ghana)

• Covers basic nursing assistance, elderly care, hygiene, and first aid
• Includes German language lessons to prepare for work in Austria and Germany.
• Certificates issued upon successful completion, enabling applicants to register for work in Austria and Germany.
• Training will be organized for all interested and shortlisted applicants.
