University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands as needed.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet client needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ypsilanti, MI.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
