Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to pass background checks.
