GET TO KNOW YOUR ROLE:

As a Home Care Supervisor at KWA, your day is filled with moments of compassion, organization, and teamwork. You coordinate schedules, ensuring clients receive the care they need when they need it most. You're the glue that holds everything together, seamlessly managing daily activities while fostering a supportive environment for caregivers. With each interaction, you leave a lasting impact, knowing that you're making a difference in the lives of those you serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

We would prefer:

• Some college
• Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position based in Longview, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
