Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? Join our dedicated team as a Home Care Service Clinician, where your focus will be providing high-quality remote and home-based CPAP services to patients accessing government-funded treatment programs including DVA, HCP, and NDIS.

Success in this role means our patients are supported consistently, services meet clinical standards, and all claims are submitted and reimbursed within agreed timelines.

The Opportunity

Day to day duties include (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate patient services and follow-ups across your territory to ensure complete care for DVA, HCP, and NDIS clients.
  • Support home-based and hospital setups, stock logistics, and compliance with service protocols.
  • Work closely with the HCS Manager to manage resupply programs, stock records, and claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks align with company policies and procedures.

Competitive Advantages

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in sleep apnoea therapy products (CPAP) and basic knowledge of treatment outcomes. (preferred)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the DVA program and NDIS processes (preferred)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A commitment to improving patient outcomes through efficient and empathetic care
  • Be a quick learner, with initiative and tenacity
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and the genuine work ethic to ‘get things done'.
  • Proven integrity, professionalism and discretion - you’ll be comfortable with sensitive information, and will do the right thing, even when no-one’s watching

Competitive Advantages
