You’ll be the master of schedules, the champion of quality care, and the trusted support for both clients and caregivers. Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care
• Ensure uninterrupted service by coordinating coverage for client needs
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits
• Be the go-to for client updates, service changes, and support
• Supervise and motivate direct service employees
• Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare regulations

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of industry experience
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software
• Reliable transportation
