Right at Home is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and Veteran clients. As a Nurse Manager, you will have the chance to work in a supportive, innovative environment, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality personal care services for our homecare clients.
  
  
• Collaborate with care teams and clients' families to resolve care plan changes and ensure proper implementation.
  
  
• Travel locally to supervise clients, caregivers, and ensure homecare plans are being followed.
  
  

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule (35-40 hours per week, based on agency needs and census) and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.

Preferred Experience:

• Home Care Assessments

• 3+ Years RN Experience

Requirements:

• Currently licensed and in good standing.
• Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
• Must be able to perform a two-person transfer with a Hoyer Lift (with an aide who also works alongside the nurse on this case)

Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
