Right at Home is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help us find and hire exceptional caregivers for our Western Michigan locations.

This role is part recruiter, part interviewer, and part candidate advocate. You will work closely with our Recruiting, Client Care, and Client Services teams to identify the right caregivers for our clients and guide candidates through every step of the hiring process—from application and interview through offer, onboarding, orientation, and early success on the job.

If you are detail-oriented and persistent, enjoy meeting people, making decisions, and helping others find the right opportunity, this may be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a pipeline of qualified caregivers for home care clients
  • Conduct final virtual and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, reliability, and fit with our culture
  • Extend same-day offers to qualified candidates
  • Communicate job expectations, scheduling realities, and next steps clearly
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ushering candidates through to completion of orientation
  • Contribute to weekly orientation with caregivers in either the Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo location
  • Partner with Client Care and Client Services teams to understand the types of caregivers needed
  • Track new hires during their first 90 days to support retention and long-term success

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, staffing, customer service, healthcare, home care, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and confidently assess candidates
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable discussing scheduling expectations, availability, and compensation
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or caregiving is a plus

Why Right at Home?

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Schedule: Full-time

**Apply today if you are passionate about helping great caregivers find the right home.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
