Lead Recruiter - Mind&Mobility

Location: Palm Harbor, FL 33126

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Salary: $52,000 - $54,000

The Lead Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment efforts across Florida and Michigan, including caregivers and administrative personnel. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a strong hiring pipeline, supporting the current recruiter, and ensuring hiring needs are met across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and administrative roles
• Support and direct the current recruiter based on hiring priorities
• Utilize recruiting platforms such as iSolved, Indeed, and text-based communication tools to engage candidates and manage pipelines
• Build and maintain relationships with CNA schools, training programs, and community partners
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives
• Manage sponsorships and identify new pipeline opportunities
• Post, monitor, and optimize job ads to maintain consistent applicant flow
• Track recruiting activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (non-skilled home care preferred)
• Experience recruiting caregivers strongly preferred
• Experience using ATS platforms (iSolved or similar), Indeed, and candidate communication tools
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel locally for recruiting events as needed
