A healthcare services organization is seeking an energetic and professional Home Care Marketer to expand its pediatric program through community outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct field-based outreach to case managers, care coordinators, and community organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and community stakeholders
• Generate patient referrals and drive program enrollment
• Work within internal intake and coordination processes
• Meet enrollment targets while maintaining professional standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and community engagement
• Persistent and not easily discouraged by rejection
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Healthcare marketing or outreach experience preferred

Salary $55k - $60k/Year + Commission
