
We are looking for female care assistants who have a driving license and their own car.
As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Duties may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and assisting with daily activities.
You will build meaningful, professional relationships with clients while delivering person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
We pay you for your time with the client, your time travelling between clients and your mileage. Your travel time and mileage is calculated real time from google so is a true reflection of your time.
£13.50 per hour weekdays and training & £14.50 per hour weekends with bank holiday enhancements
45p per mile
Our visiting care service operates from 7:00am to 10:00pm
Zero Hour and Part Time contracts available
We require alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday for contracted hours
You will complete a 12 week induction and onboarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients. This will include:
an introduction to Radfield Home Care, our values, the team and our #BeThere moments
how to maintain professional boundaries, identify safeguarding concerns, ensuring equality and diversity through person centred care
learning how to safely support people to move with equipment keeping yourself protected at all time.
learning how to deliver basic life support, safely administer medications and more
eLearning, face to face training and practical support to enable you to confidently provide great care
We are a leading Home Care Provider who pays travel time, mileage and a competitive rate of pay. In addition you will get full training and a dedicated mentor in your first 12 weeks.

It was whilst working as a GP that she realised there was a need for a local home care company that put quality at the heart of its business.
Alex Green has also been closely associated with Radfield Residential Home and has a career background in finance having worked for companies such as HSBC and Halifax. In recent years he has been working for several charitable organisations around the country before settling back to Shropshire and becoming involved in the family business. Alex gained his Registered Managers Award qualification in 2008.
