University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in Ann Arbor, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands as needed.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the care supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed.
