University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Howell, MI. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Ensure clients’ safety and comfort during visits.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Howell, MI.
• Must pass background checks.
• Flexible availability to meet client scheduling needs.
