Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Dearborn, MI. As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transferring, including the use of assistive devices.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health, behavior, or environment to supervisors.
• Follow all care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality according to company and legal standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to client care.
• Reliable and compassionate with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass background checks.
