Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Aide providing compassionate and reliable in-home support to clients in Inkster, MI. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and document care activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or caregiving is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
