About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join their team in San Diego, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
  • Help with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
  • Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
  • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
