University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aids in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Manage light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Administer medications or assist with medication reminders according to care plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Document care and report any changes in clients’ condition

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes in Ypsilanti, MI
