University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Dundee, MI. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging them in social activities
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status or behavior to supervisors
• Follow care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or personal care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and family members
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
