Resumen del puesto:

Estamos buscando un miembro del equipo experimentado, automotivado y confiable que pueda aportar valor a nuestro equipo de Producción. El miembro del equipo será responsable de apoyar y atender al departamento asignado, construir casas de alta calidad de manera segura según las especificaciones, mientras supera los objetivos clave de producción de la instalación y mantiene una fuerte cultura de la empresa. El miembro del equipo también debe trabajar de manera eficiente mientras mantiene un área de trabajo segura y organizada.

Funciones / Responsabilidades:

• Reportarse al DM asignado y revisar los objetivos de producción del día.
• Leer órdenes de trabajo y planos.
• Extraer y preparar materiales para el departamento.
• Operar todas las herramientas manuales, eléctricas y equipos utilizados para completar los procesos de construcción de viviendas.
• Mantener la capacitación actualizada en herramientas, equipos y certificaciones de operación de equipos.
• Liderar con el ejemplo en asistencia, seguridad, calidad y producción.
• Establecer un ritmo de producción adecuado para cumplir con los rollos de línea y los horarios de producción.

Demuestra disposición continua para aprender, crecer y adquirir comprensión como líder en nuestra organización.

Promueve la cultura de la empresa, el trabajo en equipo, los objetivos de calidad y el cumplimiento de todas las normas de seguridad.

Ayuda a otros departamentos según lo requiera el calendario de producción.

Realiza otras tareas asignadas por el Gerente de Departamento o los Gerentes de Producción.

Exposición continua al calor, frío, ruido y trabajo al aire libre.

Debe usar equipo de protección personal mientras esté en producción.

Versatilidad y disposición para moverse a diferentes departamentos cuando sea necesario.

Comunicación clara y efectiva.

Calificaciones mínimas:

Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad.

Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar inglés.

Diploma de secundaria o equivalente (GED), requerido.

Experiencia con herramientas eléctricas y manuales (Clavadoras, Cuchillo multiusos, Escaleras, Sierras, etc.)

Actitud abierta para recibir entrenamiento

Calificaciones Preferidas:

Conocimiento / Experiencia en la industria de Casas Prefabricadas o Construcción.

Bilingüe (Español)

Habilidades analíticas, capacidad para resolver problemas y/o ofrecer soluciones alternativas.

$21 por hora

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable team player that can add value to our Production team. The Team Member will be responsible for supporting and serving assigned department, safely building high-quality homes to specification, while exceeding the facility’s key production targets and maintaining a strong company culture. The Team Member must also work in an efficient manner while maintaining a safe, and organized work area.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Report to assigned DM and review desired production goals for the day.
• Read work orders and prints.
• Pull and stage materials for department.
• Operate all hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete home building processes.
• Must maintain updated tool training, equipment training, and equipment operation certifications.
• Lead by example in attendance, safety, quality and production.
• Establish adequate production pace to meet line roll and production schedules.
• Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn, grow, and gain understanding as a leader in our organization.
• Promote company culture, teamwork, quality goals, and adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Assist other departments as needed by productions schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Department Manager/Production Mangers.
• Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors.
• Must wear personal protective equipment while in production.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools (Nail Guns, Utility Knife, Ladders, Saws, etc.)
• Coachable demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge / Experience within the Manufactured Homes or Construction Industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and/or offer alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:

• $21 per hour

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
