Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong eye for design? We’re looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to support our U.S.-based partner with day-to-day graphic needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting digital mockups, vectorizing logos, and preparing visual content that aligns with brand guidelines—all while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy in every output.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create logos and innovative artwork and develop pre-production assets.

• Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency; edit photos to enhance visual appeal.

• Execute typesetting and layout design across print and digital formats.

• Design website mockups using compelling visual elements.

• Redraw items and develop templates using specifications and reference materials.

• Ensure brand consistency while introducing fresh, creative approaches.

• Review final designs and recommend improvements as needed.

• Work closely with client concepts and expectations to bring ideas to life.

• Perform ad hoc tasks related to design and production support.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar design-focused role.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Work Schedule: Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. business hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).

  • Familiarity with file structuring, color profiles, image optimization, and vector artwork.

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

  • Understanding of various marketing, print, web, and packaging design principles.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed.

  • Strong visual aesthetic and design trend awareness.

• Salary Range: Php 45,000

• Work Shift: 8:30-17:30 Central European Summer

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
