Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a Home-Based Client Services Coordinator to serve as a critical operational leader within our business. This individual will act as the connective tissue across sales, clients, design, and manufacturing partners—ensuring the flawless execution of custom luxury product orders from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing order to complexity, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the end-to-end execution of custom client orders, from project kickoff through production, delivery, and final invoicing

  • Partner closely with sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations

  • Build and refine systems, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the business

  • Proactively identify timeline risks, operational bottlenecks, and communication gaps, and develop solutions before they impact delivery

  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an elevated client experience at every touchpoint

  • Help leadership forecast capacity, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively across teams and partners

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in project management, client services, operations, or account management within luxury retail, promotional products, fashion, or a custom goods environment

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in project management platforms and productivity tools

    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered tools is a plus

    • Experience in Trello preferred, but other platforms are okay.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000-45,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays Monday through Friday (USA)
