The DCX Client Services Home-Based Billing Coordinator role is responsible forensuringaccurateandtimelyvendor and client billing for drop-ship orders. Support achieving andmaintainingdepartmental KPIs, including ship to bill and margin targets. A successfulBilling Coordinatorwill be committed to ensuring client satisfaction and company goals aremaintainedand exceeded.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across billing, invoice processing, and data entry tasks.

  • Strong Communicator: Effective verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to collaborate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

  • Problem-Solver & Adaptable: Able to troubleshoot billing discrepancies, work under pressure, and respond effectively to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Team-Oriented & Flexible: Works collaboratively with co-workers, supports business goals, and remains flexible with overtime or changing workloads when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Vendor bill management, including vouching verification & payment issuance

  • Review vendor bill discrepancies and work with order production team on resolutions as needed

  • Verify credit card deposits

  • Generate and distribute client order invoicesin a timely manner

  • Maintain a 5-day ship to invoice service standard

  • Maintain project files with all updated invoices and project notes

  • Review and report on ready for billing queue

  • Report out order issues and make recommendations for resolution

  • Audit & ensureaccuratesales commissions

  • Escalate exceptions to manager

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 or more years’ experience in accounting (billing), account management, promotional marketing, or a related field 

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with CRM systems preferred. 

  • Training will be provided for our systems.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 43,000 - 45,000
