Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who excels in accounts receivable, reconciliations, and customer communication? We’re looking for a Home-Based AR Clerk to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support a dynamic finance team by managing billing processes, assisting with collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring efficient accounts receivable and payable operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building professional relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accounting Knowledge & Accuracy Focused: Strong understanding of accounting procedures, accounts receivable processes, and financial documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time

  • Compile and organize invoice support documentations

  • Support account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer account records

Accounts Payable (AP) Functions

  • Review expenses and follow up with team members regarding post-event expenditures

  • Enter accounts payable transactions accurately into accounting systems

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment-related inquiries

Data Entry & Financial Administration

  • Perform credit card transaction data entry and reconciliation

  • Enter and maintain bank account transaction records

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours

  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software

    • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

    • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.

    • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.

    • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)is a plus but not required

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 48,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays Monday through Friday (USA)
