The DCX Client Services - Home-Based AR/AP Clerk will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. Y ou willbe responsible forsupportingcollection processesandassistingthe client with overallcollection efforts Primarily business-to-business collections with extensive reconciliations of high-volume transactions, whilemaintainingeffective communication with customers and providing great customer service

Job Responsibilities
Collections: Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers on overdue accounts to secure payments through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods.
Customer Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues and complaints concerning billing issues.
Reconciliation and Aging reports: Review and reconcile customer statement account with outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to track the status of outstanding balances.
Sales Team Support: Collaborating with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely revenue recognition
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
Participate in calls to discuss / review issues and determine paths to resolution.
Notify the AR Collection Coordinator and/or Controller of any invoice or customer concerns.
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
