The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Administrative Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role provides an opportunity to develop administrative and operational skills while supporting day-to-day business functions.

You will be responsible for closely following client instructions and processes while handling a variety of administrative, payroll, reporting, and coordination tasks. Due to the dynamic nature of the role, flexibility, strong attention to detail, and effective collaboration with team members are essential.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Attention to Detail – Maintains accuracy across payroll, reports, schedules, and administrative records.

• Administrative & Data Management – Handles recurring administrative tasks, reports, and documentation with consistency and structure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Process weekly payroll every Tuesday in a timely and accurate manner
• Load employee schedules and breaks into Booker every Monday
• Prepare and upload monthly statistics sheets to the Team Page
• Create, print, and distribute monthly pay sheets
• Assist in preparing monthly leadership presentations
• Compile and update quarterly statistics and payroll percentage data
• Order office and operational supplies through Amazon or other platforms as requested
• Send company-wide text communications (e.g., shirt orders, announcements)
• Manage mid-day call-outs during working hours
• Start or stop employee health insurance coverage through Beacon
• Run Booker reports to identify first-time customers and assist with survey email distribution via Klaviyo
• Compile and organize survey and customer data for reporting
• Support recruiting-related administrative tasks as needed
• Assist in migrating and organizing files from Dropbox to Google Drive
• Help structure Google Drive “Shop Tabs” to centralize shop information, accounts, landlord details, and credentials
• Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant, or any related roles
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work on weekends and overnight (graveyard) shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500
