Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in managing financial processes and maintaining accuracy? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Admin to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by overseeing accounts payable operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Data Entry & Storage Entering data and ensuring the accuracy of financial information in accounting software. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

  • Daily Finance Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Monitoring and tracking company expenses and budgets.

  • Accounts Payables Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow.

  • Accounts Receivable Ensuring efficient and accurate posting of invoice transactions upon client order completion. Routinely making collection contacts and issuing past-due notices and statements.

  • External Stakeholder Management: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

  • Management Reporting Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other related financial reports.

  • Administrative Assistance Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.

  • Performs tasks analogous to the preceding.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills

    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

    • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.

    • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.

    • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.

    • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus, but not required.

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 42,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays Monday through Friday (USA)
