The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Account Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing custom apparel orders from start to finish, and ensuring projects move smoothly through internal production workflows.
This role is not focused on outbound sales — instead, you will manage an existing book of business, support ongoing client needs, protect timelines, solve problems proactively, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.
The daily tasks will vary, so flexibility, strong organization, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, highly communicative, and comfortable taking ownership of client-facing responsibilities.
Education:
College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field preferred.
