Job Description

Position: Home Appliances Technician.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance of Home Appliances, with a focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship. The Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair of our clients' appliances.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot home appliances.
• Diagnose and repair home appliance problems
• Execute maintenance and installation (if needed) of home appliances
• Provide time and material cost estimates before starting a job.
• Run tests and interpret results to make effective recommendations.
• Repair or replace faulty appliances, and source replacement parts.
• Read and apply manufacturer manuals
• Test newly installed appliance components to ensure proper function
• Enter completed home appliance repair projects and the parts used into database
• Identify and isolate problems, stay up-to-date on new appliances

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Home Appliances repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
