Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Return to intake inquiries and return phone calls, ensuring professional and compassionate experience for clients.
  • Organize, scan, and manage incoming documents, maintaining accurate and confidential client records
  • Forward emails and relevant information to appropriate staff in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the HSEAP team, including client-facing interactions when appropriate
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to the HSEAP program
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
  • Some post-secondary education, preferably in Social Services, Human Services, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work within changing deadlines
  • Comfortable working with vulnerable populations, including Holocaust survivors and seniors
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive and proprietary information
  • Proficiency in Russian is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Hebrew is considered an asset
  • Comfortable working in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place
