Position Summary
This position provides Holistic Care support to Clients in an individual and group therapy basis, assess each client for appropriateness eligibility of Holistic Individual sessions. This position implements approaches to Holistic Modalities for clients appropriate for Individual sessions.This position consult with Treatment Team and documents all treatment activities. This position facilitate Group Therapy regarding Holistic Health, Self-Care and Spirituality based topics. Also is responsible for Implementing holistic approach within clinical therapy for substance use disorders and co-occurring issues
Relationships and Contacts
Within the organization:  Establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers and accounting team members throughout STR Behavioral Health and affiliated facilities.
Outside the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendors, as necessary.
Position Responsibilities
- Working 40 hours a week
- Providing one on one sessions for clients who meet criteria to receive these sessions and group therapy sessions for adults with substance use and mental health disorders
- Implementing approaches and modalities to Holistic lifestyle
- Attending and participating in regular Clinical Team meetings
- Completing case notes and other documentation relevant to treatment
- Attending and participating in mandatory trainings
- Carry a caseload of clients as needed

QualificationsMinimum Requirements
Education and Experience
This position requires at least 5 years working in the Human Services Field and 2 years in Care Management. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Additional Education and Experience
- At least five years working in a human services field
- Familiar with evidence-based treatment styles
- Excellent Communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work with a clinical team
- Knowledge and experience with basic Microsoft software packages
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers/general public, clients and/or vendors
- Tolerant to various noise levels: noise level in the work environment varies – may be very quiet to moderate
- Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste or smell.
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds
