Locations: New Jersey and California

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Viakorp corporation seeking qualified Athletic Trainers, Functional Strength Coaches, and Mindfulness Coaches to support a comprehensive Human Performance program for U.S. Air Force personnel.

The selected professionals will work as part of an integrated performance team focused on improving physical readiness, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, resilience, mental performance, and overall mission readiness.

The program supports Airmen performing physically and mentally demanding contingency response missions, including rapid deployments, equipment movement, heavy-load carriage, aircraft operations, security activities, and extended operations in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Support military personnel with fitness, performance, and wellness.
• Conduct individual and group training.
• Develop performance and conditioning plans.
• Provide coaching and education.
• Support injury prevention and readiness.
• Maintain required records and reports.
• Work with other members of the Human Performance team.

Basic Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• Relevant degree for the position.
• Required professional certifications.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Ability to pass background and installation access requirements.
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week.

• Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey
• Travis Air Force Base, California
