Presents and involves guests in the opportunity to experience the finest vacation ownership product via a trial package. Promote and support all aspects of customer service. Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the AVC standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance of the essential duties will provide success to the Voyager Executive. The Voyager Executive is expected to meet or exceed the PMP requirements. The Voyager Executive is responsible for upholding the SOP and Business rules at all times.
• Prepare each day to meet guests professionally.
• Achieve established goals within established time frames; establish commitment to goals, self and the Company.
• Presents the Voyager package information according to training specifications and direction of management.
• Use approved Voyager package presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
• Present appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Ask the guests to purchase a package according to training specifications and direction of management and conforming to the financial needs of the guests.
• Follows all approved Voyager package closing procedures.
• Completes all appropriate new package holder documentation as required.
• Greets and exits each guest in a warm and friendly manner, while providing customer service to guest as specified in training and direction of management.
• Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
• Adheres to all established presentations and corporate policies and procedures.
• Completes other duties as requested/assigned by management.
