Location: Pitt St, Sydney | Hours: 38 hours per week

HOKA is on the move, and we’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our Flagship Pitt St, Sydney store. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll bring energy to the shop floor, connect with customers, and help bring the HOKA brand to life through exceptional service and product knowledge.

What You’ll Do
As a Full-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience while driving store performance through strong sales behaviours.
Customer Experience & Sales
• Represent the HOKA brand with energy, delivering outstanding, personalised customer service by building genuine connections and understanding each customer’s movement needs

• Use strong product knowledge to confidently recommend footwear and accessories while working towards individual and store sales targets

• Consistently work towards individual and store KPIs and sales targets

• Support store operations with visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and product availability to keep the store customer-ready

• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support point-of-sale transactions, daily operations, and a positive store culture

Who You Are
• Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment (highly regarded)
• A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding KPIs and sales targets
• A team player with a strong “Make It Happen” mindset
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to support the store during peak trading periods
