The Mine Hoist Specialist plays a vital role within the team, acting as a key liaison between the engineering
design office and on-site construction teams. Specializing in the installation of mine hoists and equipment for
shaft sinking, the specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and application of the company's
proprietary systems. Responsibilities encompass oversight of installations, conducting maintenance, and
troubleshooting, all while prioritizing design integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance. In addition to these
hands-on tasks, the specialist also contributes strategically to project design, estimates, and procurement, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
a. Provide specialized technical support and services in the installation of hoists, facilities, and systems, with a focus on the unique requirements of shaft sinking within the mining industry.
