• Lead and manage the Computer Engineering Department to ensure academic excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement the department’s curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality teaching standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment for students, faculty, and staff.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular assessments of the department's academic and research performance.
• Promote and facilitate research initiatives and industry collaborations within the department.
• Represent the department in meetings with university administration, external partners, and accrediting bodies.
• Drive strategic planning for the department’s growth, including new programs and courses.
• Mentor students and faculty, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
