Title:   Attorney - HOA/Condo Attorney - Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Location: Tampa, FL Compensation $145K-$175K - DOE
Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Tampa, is seeking an attorney with experience representing community associations, HOAs, and condominium boards. About The Position:

This attorney will advise and represent condominium and homeowners’ associations on a wide range of legal matters, including governance, compliance, disputes, and collections. The role offers a mix of transactional guidance and litigation (depending on experience and interest).

You should know some of the following:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 2+ years of experience in community association, real estate, or related practice area
• Strong knowledge of Florida condominium and HOA law preferred
