We are looking for a dynamic HOA Community Site Inspector to work remotely full time. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HOA Community Site Inspector to join our team! This is a full-time, non-exempt, remote position based in San Ramon, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Pay range is $23–$28/hour; direct experience is strongly preferred. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a leading HOA property management firm .

How you will make an impact:

• Drive to 3-5 HOA communities per day to conduct visual site inspections in the East Bay and surrounding areas.
• Site inspections include looking for health and safety issues, maintenance issues, homeowner violations of the community rules, follow up on previous violations, etc.
• Some inspections are completed using a technology platform via a tablet so the ideal candidate must have some tablet/technology experience.

Qualifications

What you offer:

• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
• Clean DMV record and current auto insurance
• Ability to walk up to several miles a day
• Attention to detail
• Strong written skills with ability to be able to clearly document findings of each inspection
• Ability to use technology/tablets etc
• Must be proficient with using e-mail
• Ability to use timekeeping system via mobile app
• Accountability and reliability, with ability to work independently in a remote environment
